Quest is proud to offer Done Deal. A service for Buyers or Sellers who have done their own marketing to find a Buyer for their property. Or, for a Buyer who have found a property to purchase from a willing Seller.

Our service allows you consultation with a licensed Quest Realty agent who will assist you by preparing the appropriate documentation to facilitate the agreement you’ve made with the Buyer or Seller.

The Buyer or Seller undertakes to satisfy their own terms and conditions as agreed to in the Purchase Contract. Once the Buyer and Seller are satisfied and conditions have been met, we prepare a waiver for a firm sale.

Essentially, we walk you through the process from agreement to a firm sale using lender acceptable documentation for less fees given you’ve already found the Buyer or Seller and have generally agreed to a price and terms.
